I tend to move through work calmly and deliberately. I listen more than I talk, and I’m comfortable sitting with ideas before deciding what to do with them.

I care about clarity and intention. Respect for the audience, following through, and quality over speed are non-negotiable for me. I enjoy challenging best practices when it makes sense, but never at the expense of thoughtfulness or care.

I’m most energized when something is messy or unclear. I like untangling complexity and turning chaos into something usable and presentable.

At the end of the day, I care about producing work I’m proud of, and work that the people it’s meant for can actually understand. I try to show up as steady, thoughtful, and accountable, especially when the pressure is high.
